Athletics Alberta is extremely honoured to have Jamie Sale & David Pelletier, Canada's internationally celebrated Olympic and World Champions, at this year's Annual Awards. Jamie and David will share a special keynote presentation with our audience, highlighting their personal experiences in an inspirational story called "Persevering to Success in Sport". This is a tremendous opportunity to heard from the world's best in a special engagement that will help provide great motivation and inspiration to all athletes, coaches, parents and volunteers.

I'm an invited Guest – do I need to RSVP?
YES. All Invited Guests, Nominees and Award Recipients are asked to RSVP their attendance to Sheryl Mack at the Athletics Alberta office at: (780) 427-8792 or email: sherylmack@athleticsalberta.com no later than February 4, 2012 – 12:00 noon in order to ensure seating is available for them.
When and how can I purchase tickets to the Awards Banquet?
Tickets to the Awards Banquet must be purchased ahead of time. Tickets can be purchased up to February 9, 2012 - Unless it is advertsied that the event is a sell-out. Tickets will not be available after the deadline. The ticket order form is available on the website. You can also contact Sheryl Mack at the Athletics Alberta office at: (780) 427-8792 or email: sherylmack@athleticsalberta.com to purchase tickets.
Can our club/ organization purchase a table?
Yes. Athletics alberta is seliing tables of eight (8) for the annual awards. Please contact Sheryl Mack at the Athletics Alberta office at Ph: (780) 427-8792 or email: sherylmack@athleticsalberta.com for more information.
How can I be sure my group gets seated together at the banquet?
If you want to sit together as a group please contact Sheryl Mack at the Athletics Alberta office at Ph: (780) 427-8792 or email: sherylmack@athleticsalberta.com and indicate the name of the group and the individuals included. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. Seating is set up in tables of 8.
What do I do if I require a special meal?
If you or someone in your party requires a special meal, please contact Sheryl Mack at the Athletics Alberta office at: (780) 427-8792 or email: sherylmack@athleticsalberta.com to make arrangements before February 1, 2012.
How do I dress for the Annual Awards Banquet?
Dress for the Annual Awards Banquet is "Business Casual".

- 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm – Hospitality Hour (no host)
- 7:00 pm – Dinner to be followed by awards presentations

- The deadline for ordering tickets is February 9, 2012 - tickets will NOT be available after that date.
