April 14, 2012 (Red Deer) - The 2012 AGM will be held in Red Deer at the Red Deer Lodge Hotel and Conference Centre. The Board, Committee Members and Staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have at the Annual General Meeting.

We respectfully request that any major questions, issues, concerns or suggestions be submitted in writing to the office a minimum of one week prior to the AGM.

The 2012 AGM will be held in Red Deer at the Red Deer Lodge Hotel and Conference Centre on 49th Avenue.  This is the most central location for this event, and we hope that attendance will be high.  The 10:00am start time should allow clubs plenty of time to get there, and then be home at a reasonable time in the afternoon.  A light lunch will be served.

If you have a club member serving on the Board of Directors, remember to send a separate club delegate. It is important that we have good representation from the clubs, as the decisions that are made at the AGM will affect all members.

The Committee Reports and Budget for the AGM will be sent out via email to club administrators prior to the AGM.
