Club Coach – Replaces Old Level 2
Coaches may take Club Coach without taking Sport Coach first; however, if they do so, when these coaches are evaluated for certification they will be evaluated for both Sport Coach and Club Coach at the same time. For coaches with no experience in Track and Field it is recommended that they take Sport Coach first to gain a background in Track and Field. Immediate advancement to the Club Coach context is only appropriate for former athletes or coaches with previous experience, but no formal certification.
